In Q3 2020, Ukrtelecom earned a total of over UAH 1.6 billion. The company's telecoms income was UAH 1.23 billion.

Following Q3, EBITDA made 513 million, with EBITDA margin increasing to 32%.

Over the last three months, the retail services yielded more than UAH 754 million, while the income from corporate services amounted to UAH 341 million.

With the overall revenue and the telecoms income remaining consistent, the earnings from online access and data transmission services traditionally continue to grow. In the reporting period, they made almost UAH 520 million, which is an 8% increase year on year.

While respecting the quarantine measures, Ukrtelecom continues to develop a modern telecommunications infrastructure all over Ukraine. Over 9M 2020, more than 7,000 km of fibre optics were laid, connecting over 2,760 Ukrainian localities to Ukrtelecom's access network. In particular, another 150+ localities got optics in July-September this year.

Every month Ukrtelecom keeps expanding its optical coverage to dozens of hospitals and amalgamated communities. Currently, the Ukrtelecom-provided Internet is available at nearly 650 medical institutions (+60 in Q3) and 321 amalgamated communities (+33 in Q3). Also, many more educational institutions have joined the optical network recently, with 170 added in Q3 to make a total of 712 connected institutions.

In Q3 2020, the capital investments amounted to UAH 145 million.

Revenues from lease of idle property for 9M 2020 totalled almost UAH 240 million, with UAH 86 million generated in Q3, 20% more year on year. The growth here was driven by increase in spaces leased. Ukrtelecom is one of the biggest offerers of commercial real estate on Рrozorro platform.

The debt of local budgets for telecommunications services provided to benefit-entitled categories, which approached UAH 150 million as of 30 September, remains a significant issue for the company. This amount is more than double of what it would cost to deploy internet access network all across Zaporizhia region, for example.

In Q3 2020, Ukrtelecom paid UAH 456 million in taxes to the national and local budgets, which adds up to UAH 1.37 billion paid so far this year.
