First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) has presented its Annual Report 2018. The report is about digital transformation, as the bank dedicated the last year to digitalisation.
The report consists of two parts: the analysis of Ukraine’s economy and financial system and report on FUIB performance in 2018. The first part covers the analysis of traditional macroeconomic indicators and research on how innovations and technologies influence the financial sector and economy as a whole.
In the second part, FUIB explains its digital transformation strategy in layman’s terms, using clear infographics. In particular, the report shows the progress made on optimisation of internal processes and customer service.
“Over the past year, we have seen many changes at FUIB. Our innovations dealt with both product improvements and changes of processes in the bank. This was a part of our digital transformation strategy. We seek to improve the bank’s efficiency, better our services, and offer the best banking products. Therefore, FUIB has been making its annual reports for several years both for our shareholders and customers. We try to explain in plain language why these changes take place and, most importantly, how useful they are for our clients,” said Serhiy Chernenko, FUIB Board Chairman.
