DTEK has won the HR Leadership Award for the ranking Top 100 “Personnel. Brands. Employers” held by Ekonomika +. The company has earned nominations “Effective Education Programmes” and “Brands of Ukrainian Employers” while Oleksandr Kucherenko, DTEK’s Director of Sustainable Development, has been recognised as an HR person of Ukraine.
Winners were picked by polling the market players, by online voting and with account of expert jury estimates. The awarding ceremony took place as part of the seventh HR Wisdom Summit that brought together about 500 HR experts. The full list of project leaders will be published in the July 2019 edition of Top 100 magazine.
DTEK is one of Ukraine’s biggest employers giving jobs to about 80,000 people.
