PricewaterhouseCoopers has completed the audit of consolidated reports for 2009 of System Capital Management, the managing company of SCM Group.

On 7 July Brussels hosted the Round Table of the EU-Ukraine Business Council "EU?Ukraine Negotiations on the DCFTA: What is at Stake for Business and Industry?" supported by the representative office of the EU in Ukraine. SCM became a partner of the event.

The UN Global Compact Leaders Summit 2010 held in New York on 24-25 June has become the largest meeting on the corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the history of the United Nations (UN). Over 1,500 representatives of businesses, non-profit organisations, investment and academic communities, governments of many countries and the UN widely participated in discussion of the most pressing global challenges.

On 11 March 2010, Korrespondent Magazine published the list of the richest Ukrainians. The major shareholder of SCM Rinat Akhmetov is ranked first.

On 9 June Kiev hosted a regular general meeting of members of the UN Global Compact (GC) Network in Ukraine. The meeting traditionally discussed development of the network and ways to implement GC principles in Ukrainian businesses. SCM was one of the meeting participants.

This is the fifth year System Capital Management has been a partner to the Europe Day in Ukraine. By doing this SCM makes its contribution to strengthening Ukraine's integration in the European community.

Following its Compass 2010 project SCM supported another research on Ukraine's universities: the ranking prepared by Korrespondent magazine and published on 21 May 2010.

SCM presented a new education project, Formulas, on 21 May in the Teacher's House in Kiev.
