The information and analytical centre BEST conducts research and provides consultation in social and economic policy areas. The centre was established in 2005 by SCM and SCM-Finance.

Aim – to encourage the development of the market economy in Ukraine as well as promote stable and socially-oriented economic growth.

Social policy department:

Labour market development, health care and education reform, pension and social care systems, social responsibility of business, dialogue between the state and business.
