Parallel-M Ltd is the operating company
for 73 filling station complexes - filling station networks under TM Parallel
(24 filling stations in Donetsk and Lugansk Oblasts) and Gefest brand (48
filling station networks in 8 regions of Ukraine) and 1 filling station under
TM Pitstop in Donetsk.
Gefest is the operation company for
filling stations under TM Gefest in Uzhhorod (Zakarpatye Oblast).
Parallel-M Ltd sells motor fuel through
these filling station networks as it has a chain of mini markets under own TM
ZZZIP!! (36 mini-markets) – it sells related products and food products. The
Company provides car wash services (13 car washes under TM ZZZIP!!) and it is
an exclusive provider of light oil products to filling stations under TM
Donbassnefteprodukt. It sells fuel wholesale, provides services on storage and
transportation of fuel and tests oil products at own accredited fuels and
lubricants quality laboratory. The Company has 2 large oil terminals in Donetsk and Shakhtersk
and own park of modern petrol tank trucks and gas trucks.
The company's goal is to become the
leading operator of the Ukrainian oil trade wholesale and retail markets
through regular and consistent expansion of the filling station networks on the
territory of Ukraine and through strengthening the
brand positions on the domestic market.
