Ambitious business development goals require SCM to attract and retain highly-skilled human resources, educate and train personnel, as well as establish the policy in regard to the social package and labour relations. Employees are a key stakeholder of the Group and a vital part of CSR. Therefore, developing an effective employment policy is a priority.

The employment policy must harmonize the relations of the Group, industrial holdings and assets with their employees through fixing principles of relations, mutual rights and duties. The employment policy of SCM Group is applied in the following areas: behaviour at workplace and labour discipline; remuneration and privileges system; management of individual efficiency; education and development of employees; health and safety; social policy in respect to employees; and relations with trade unions.
