Real estate assets owned by SCM Group have been consolidated within a real estate holding company – Esta Holding – which is responsible for corporate management of this business of SCM Group.

Esta Holding (former SCM Estate) was established in 2006 in the course of restructuring of SCM’s business for controlling the real estate assets of SCM Group.
