LLC METINVEST HOLDING, member of SCM Group, is the largest private
vertically integrated mining and metals company in Ukraine.
The company was established on 6 June 2006.
LLC METINVEST HOLDING is owned by Holland-based Metinvest
B.V. (51.15%) and by JSC SCM (48,85%). Metivest B.V. is 75% owned by SCM (Cyprus), an affiliated
company to JSC SCM, and 25% owned by Smart N.V. (Netherlands), which is a
holding company for Vadim Novinskiy’s business group.
Rinat Akhmetov owns 90% in
JSC SCM.

Metinvest's enterprises produce
10.8 million tonnes of steel, over 11 million tonnes of rolled products, over 5 million tonnes of coke and over 40 million tonnes

key supplier for steel companies of Ukraine and other European countries.
Company's assets are based in Ukraine and Europe (Italy, Switzerland, Great Britain).
