Mr Korovin will oversee issues related
to development and management of energy business in the framework of SCM's
Group strategy of business development.

position in SCM - Director of Energy Business Development. In our view, this is
not only a logical - just over a month ago we introduced similar position in
mining and metals - but also a timely decision. Now SCM Energy Business is facing
new tasks and arrival of Sergey Korovin will help our team successfully solve
them".
As SCM Director of Energy Business Mr
Korovin will represent SCM as a shareholder in supervisory board of DTEK and
head the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board. Mr Korovin will be
responsible for the development and investment strategy of SCM Energy Business,
as well as for the issues related to finances and risk management.

Sergey Korovin.
Sergey Korovin was born in 1971. In 1993
Mr Korovin graduated with honours from the Faculty of Computational Mathematics
and Cybernetics at M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State
University.
Before
joining SCM, in 2002-2008 Sergey Korovin worked in Danish and Russian
affiliates of the leading international consultancy McKinsey&Company, where he took the positions from
consultant to junior partner. Working for McKinsey&Company Sergey Korovin participated in and managed a number of
projects in strategy, organizational changes and management systems, use of IT
for energy companies, telecommunications, direct investments and high
technologies. Since 2008 Sergey Korovin managed the work with telecommunication
companies and entered the Board of Directors of Microsoft's Russian office.
