FUIB
Supervisory Board decided to appoint Konstantin Vaisman Chairman of the Board.
While the National Bank of Ukraine is considering Mr Vaisman as a candidate on this
position, the duties of the Board Chairman will be performed by Gennadiy
Molodchinny, Vice Chairman of FUIB Board.

said Ilya Arkhipov, Vice Chairman of FUIB’s Supervisory Board and SCM’s Director
of Business Development. "We are
happy that Konstantin Vaisman has joined our team as the Board Chairman. Mr
Vaisman has a solid background in banking including managing the leading
Russian banks. I believe that with his deep understanding of the area and its
specific features both at times of growth and economic slowdown, FUIB will
successfully grow and deliver on the objectives set by its shareholders”.
Mr
Vaisman has a degree of Moscow State Academy of Management, Caen Business
Administration Institute (France) and Chicago Business School (Executive MBA)
and an extensive record: over seventeen year Mr Vaisman has occupied high
positions at different leading financial institutions of Russia. Following
seven years at Credit Bank of Moscow at the position Chief of Financial
Planning and Analysis and Vice Chairman of the Board, Mr Vaisman was Member of
the Board and Member of the Management Board of RosEvroBank for four four
years, and then up to the end of the last year he worked as the First Vice President
for Strategy and Finance and Financial Director at Uralsib Financial
Corporation.
